Welcome to Abuntech. These Terms of Service govern your use of our AI workflow, managed IT solutions, and related services.

By engaging with Abuntech, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

Abuntech provides AI-powered workflow automation, cybersecurity, network management, cloud solutions, and proactive IT support tailored to your business needs.

2. Client Responsibilities

You must: (1) provide accurate and complete information; (2) keep login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any breach; (3) grant us necessary system access; (4) ensure your environment meets our specs; and (5) use our services lawfully. Failure to do so may delay projects, incur fees, or result in suspension

3. AI Workflow & Automation

Our AI tools analyze your data to optimize operations, predict issues, and automate tasks. Outputs are recommendations only — you must review and approve them. You are responsible for providing compliant, accurate data and using the tools lawfully. We follow strict privacy and ethical AI standards.

4. Service Agreements & Account Rules

Services are delivered under (i) signed, fixed-term agreements (typically 36 months, paid monthly in advance), (ii) fixed-scope project agreements (paid in advance), or (iii) per-incident support tickets (billed after delivery). Early cancellation of any agreement is not permitted except as expressly stated in the signed contract or required by law. We may immediately suspend or terminate any account or service, without refund or credit, for (i) non-payment of any invoice when due, or (ii) any illegal, abusive, or unauthorized use. Continued use of our website, portal, or services constitutes acceptance of our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. California residents: limited statutory cancellation rights may apply to certain consumer contracts; see your agreement for details.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abuntech is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages

(including lost data or profits). Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 3 months before your claim.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance. See full terms of service.
