Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 1st, 2026

Beyond Fruitful Inc., a California corporation doing business as Abuntech (“Abuntech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information through our website, abuntech.com (the “Site”), and through our sales, marketing, and messaging activities. It does not cover data we encounter while delivering Managed IT, Security, compliance & AI Services to an existing client under a signed Agreement — that data is instead governed by the Confidentiality (Section 11) and Data Handling and Security Incidents (Section 12) provisions of that Agreement, since we act there as your service provider, not as an independent collector of your organization’s data.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly: name, company name, job title, email address, phone number, and any message content, submitted through our contact forms, quote-request forms, chat widget, scheduling tools, or when you call or email us.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URLs, and similar usage data, collected via cookies, pixels, and standard analytics tools when you visit the Site.

Information from our CRM/marketing platform: we manage leads and client contacts using GoHighLevel (HighLevel), a customer relationship management and marketing platform. Information you submit to us, or that we generate about our interactions with you (e.g., call notes, email/SMS communication history, pipeline status), is stored there.

Information from advertising and analytics partners: we use tools such as the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel and Google advertising/analytics tags to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on those platforms. These tools may set cookies or use device identifiers and may share limited information with those platforms, as described in Section 4 below.

Billing information: we do not collect or store your credit card, bank account, or other payment credentials ourselves. Recurring billing is handled by a third-party payment processor (currently GoToMyAccounts, Stripe, or Authorize.net, depending on your account) that maintains its own privacy and security practices for payment data.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

  • Respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and schedule consultations;
  • Deliver, bill for, and support the Managed IT, Security, compliance & AI Services described in a signed Agreement;
  • Send you operational communications (e.g., appointment reminders, invoice notices, security alerts) and, where you’ve separately opted in, marketing communications (see our SMS & Email Messaging Policy);
  • Measure and improve Site performance and our marketing campaigns; and
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies in three general categories: (1) strictly necessary cookies required for the Site to function; (2) analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the Site; and (3) advertising cookies (such as the Meta pixel and Google ad tags) used for retargeting and measuring ad performance. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings or, where offered, a cookie preference banner on the Site.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We do, however, share certain identifiers and usage data (such as your email, hashed contact information, or browsing activity) with advertising and analytics partners like Meta and Google so that we can show you or similar audiences relevant ads and measure campaign performance. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), this kind of activity can be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though no money changes hands. See Section 6 below for how to opt out.

We also share information with:

  • Service providers who support our operations (e.g., GoHighLevel for CRM/marketing, hosting providers, our payment processor for billing);
  • Professional advisors (accountants, attorneys) as needed; and
  • Legal or regulatory authorities, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

We do not share your SMS opt-in status or mobile phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our SMS & Email Messaging Policy for details specific to text messaging.

5. Your Privacy Rights

As of 2026, the CCPA/CPRA applies in full to businesses that (a) have annual gross revenue above $26,625,000, (b) buy, sell, or share the personal information of 100,000 or more California consumers, households, or devices per year, or (c) derive 50% or more of annual revenue from selling or sharing personal information. Abuntech does not currently meet these thresholds, but we voluntarily extend the following rights to anyone who contacts us, consistent with CCPA/CPRA principles and other state privacy laws that may apply to you:

  • Right to Know/Access — request what personal information we hold about you and how it’s used and shared;
  • Right to Delete — request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal or contractual exceptions (e.g., billing records we must retain);
  • Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing — opt out of the advertising-related sharing described in Section 4;
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — where applicable; and
  • Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not deny goods or services, or charge different prices, because you exercised a privacy right.

6. How to Exercise Your Rights / Opt Out of Sale or Sharing

To make a request, email [email protected] or call (562) 286-6814. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. We aim to respond within 45 days, consistent with CCPA timelines. Where technically feasible, we also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out-of-sharing request for your visit to the Site.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including ongoing client relationships, legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and dispute resolution, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

8. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information in our possession, consistent with the data handling commitments in our Managed IT, Security, compliance & AI Services Agreement. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Visitors

Abuntech is based in the United States, and information we collect is generally processed here. If you are contacting us from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
